The position will provide technical and statistical programming-related expertise and
advice to the Clinical Study Teams. The major responsibilities include:
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA/equivalent (MS/MA a plus) in Computer Science, Statistics or other sciences and
at least 5 years experience in statistical programming for clinical trials in the
pharmaceutical industry. Excellent programming skills in SAS and knowledge of relational
databases (e.g., Oracle/Clinical). Must be a proven team player with excellent oral/written
communication, project planning, and management skills. Ability to prioritize and
multi-task, and knowledge of clinical aspects of the drug development process.

information product. The Cytometrix platform allows comprehensive characterization
of attractive drug candidates much earlier in the drug discovery process. The statistical
work involves the development of techniques for data cleaning, novel algorithms to
transform the raw data to biologically interpretable statistics and the performing of
cluster analysis and classification on drug candidates.
Requirements:
Graduate level training in statistics and strong computer skills required. Experience
or course work in multivariate statistics, cluster analysis, classification and
computational statistics would be helpful. Experience with S+ or Matlab is required.
Knowledge of C/C++, Java or PERL is a plus.
